Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Big Day of Giving donors, we raised $17,082! These funds will help complete our warehouse upgrades, allowing us to better serve the growing number of individuals and families in need throughout Placer County.

St. Vincent de Paul Roseville could not operate without the support of our donors and volunteers. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed their time, resources, and compassion to help make this possible. Thank you for being part of our mission and helping us continue to serve our community with dignity and hope.

More than 14 million children in the U.S. face food insecurity, and 1 in 5 seniors struggle with hunger. Sadly, this crisis is happening right here in our community.

At St. Vincent de Paul Roseville, our food locker serves more than 500 families each week, including over 700 children and nearly 400 seniors every month. And the need continues to grow.

Thanks to the generosity of our Big Day of Giving donors, we’ve already begun important warehouse upgrades to better serve local families. This year, we hope to complete those improvements so we can continue providing food, hope, and support to those who need it most.

Today is Big Day of Giving, and every gift makes a difference. Together, we can help ensure no child or senior goes hungry in Placer County.

Thank you for supporting our mission and our community.

Last month we served over 500 families a week at our food locker and that number continues to rise. The number of clients we serve is growing and so is the need for supplemental groceries.

We can’t do this work alone. Your support makes it possible to provide food, care, and hope to those who need it most.

Big Day of Giving is tomorrow and if you’ve been thinking about giving, now is the time. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us keep showing up for our community.

Last week was volunteer appreciation week at SVdP Roseville and we would like to acknowledge all of our amazing volunteers who help us serve the community at both our warehouse and dining room locations.

Our work is only possible because of the time, compassion, and dedication our volunteers give so generously. You show up, you care, and you make a difference in ways that truly matter.

“Volunteers are the backbone of St. Vincent de Paul, without them our organization would cease to exist, they are so important. In fact they are St. Vincent de Paul, they’re our face, and they’re our heart.”

- SVdP Roseville Co-founder Dr. Tom Stanko

Thank you for being the heart of this organization. We couldn’t do it without you!

When people think of foodbanks, they often picture canned goods, but truthfully they provide so much more.
Many foodbanks, including ours, provide fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and essential household items to help support families in our community.

Through our Food Locker Program, St. Vincent de Paul of Roseville provides supplemental groceries to individuals and families each week. Every pre-packed cart includes a variety of items such as fresh produce, meat, dairy, baked goods, pantry staples, and canned foods.

Our food is made possible through generous partnerships with local grocers and the Feeding America network, along with donor support that helps us fill in the gaps.

In addition to groceries, we also offer essentials like formula, baby food, diapers, and feminine hygiene products upon request.

This Big Day of Giving you can help fill more carts and feed more families.

Join us May 7. Early Giving starts April 23.
