During my session with Iona my first most impactful sensation was the releasing of some sort of trauma. When she began her singing I had tears pouring down my face and my mouth opened as Iet out the trauma then began mouthing a non human language. My body was rocking gently. Most of what I experienced was on an emotional level. After the release I felt very peaceful. I felt transported to a different place, playing with the water creatures, possibly as a mermaid. There was a lot about the experience that is hard to put into words and was on a feeling/ journey level.
I spoke to Iona about my twin flame soul who was in a different country. She talked to me about putting him in the "bubble of how I choose my life to be." She said just to keep visualizing the love we had for each other and being together. He has since moved to be with me for the past 5 months and we are extremely happy together. He has been a massive support to me as I support my elderly parents as well as my teenage children.
