I have been wanting to make this for 2 weeks now. Finally cooking and burning calories as I dance and cook. I keep food prepping and doing good eating what I prepped. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow.

OH MY GOSH! SO I weighed myself 2 more times and the scale said 337.8 consistently. This means I have been losing weight over the past few months I have been dealing with emotions. Now, I am very happy about this! This has motivated me to keep going much harder and back into tip top shape. You see mostly shock in this video because I believed I had gained. But losing makes me feel much happier! Here we go!

So I didn't gain and I didn't lose. I am sure I have some water weight because of my salt and alcohol intake last night. But seeing the icon Cyndi Lauper was worth it! Keep moving forward into next week!

I had to step on it twice. I have no idea why I only lost one pound! All the hardwork this week, counting calories, 5 days of Zumba, I was expecting to lose a lot more. 🥺 I know everyone will think I am being hard on myself, but the reality is, more should have come off. I am not happy. I feel like I failed. Now I got to just try harder.
