Checked into the hospital last night at 10p for my induction. I have gone from .5 cm to 4.5 cm. I also had to get the epidural - I started walking around, using the stability ball, and handling the contractions ok, but they became too intense ... And I was only 3 cm dilated.

Don't let them control who you are. I will share news, but I also urge you to send love ❤️and light 🕯️. These are the times where we come together 💞 and do what Gandhi and MLK did - their lessons live on to this day. If we come to a gathering with hate 😡 we are only feeding the fire 🔥 they created. Don't stoke the flames - bring something to put the flames out ( the fruits the Bible talks about: peace, love 💕, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control). Change the scene. I'm not religious, but we have the power to set the tone. Show them what our leaders don't have. Remember, we outnumber them 😜 💯

Teaching water aerobics classes Carmel Valley is always a highlight of my day and week. San Diego is great for being able to teach year around.

Water workouts are great for those who are pregnant 💖 low impact yet still pack a punch in cardio, strength, and rehab training.

It was definitely spring 🌼🌱 on Sunday. We had a great breakfast 🍳 with and took the dogs for a nice walk. What a way to end the weekend and start the week on a positive note.
