We meet weekly to provide tools, information, accountability and encouragement to assist our members in reaching their weight loss goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

We had a wonderful time at Fall Ralley in Tucson today! Many from our group attended and we had a wonderful time connecting and getting a motivational recharge. What an awesome turnout! A huge thank you to all those that put in time, effort and funds to make it such a success! You are very appreciated!

We had a healthy potluck that was amazing! A get to know you game with questions on a beach ball and visited, laughed and enjoyed our evening. Great big thanks to all those who helped make this event wonderful! Lots of pictures of our fun time included.

2023 TOPS AZ SRD! We had a wonderful time celebrating the many achievements of TOPS members in Az! We were uplifted, inspired and encouraged every day and had many, many laughs. We love having our healthy potluck meeting in the fall. Everyone shares their favorite healthy recipes and we get to sample them too. This time we sampled a vegetable that was totally new to us. (Picture is attached) The festive decorations and friendly atmosphere is a great start to the upcoming holidays.

October is the perfect time to get outside and enjoy our beautiful weather. Things are starting to cool down and the mornings are wonderful. Take this time to focus on you. We had a wonderful meeting tonight with Kai Littrell from Our Neighbors Farm & Pantry. We discussed changes being made to the pantry that will make healthier food options easier to spot, produce they are currently growing and food items we can donate to better help those in our community. Kai also brought items grown at the pantry including this cucumber that grew quite quickly hiding amongst the leaves. We each took home a yummy farm fresh veggie.

This year at State Recognition Days our chapter received many awards including best average weight loss and no gain year!
