Skip the "human pretzel" poses and join us for Good Old Fashioned Stretching this Friday at 6pm. It’s 60 minutes of easy, effective movements designed to help you move more freely and help shake off that constant tension.

Tired of "Tech Neck"? 💻

Let’s be honest: those hours at the desk are not great. If you’re feeling the strain in your neck and shoulders, join me at After Work Stretch & Reset.

This is a beginner-friendly class. While we don’t offer a medical cure, we focus on alleviating that daily tension and helping you feel a little more human again.

What you’ll get:

😀 Gentle movement (no experience required!).

💻 Simple tips you can use at your desk when the tightness starts.
