Deep Stretch Yin yoga is a gentle, restorative practice that uses long holds to stretch and relax the body's connective tissues. Resilient Heart Yoga offers Deep Stretch Yin every Tuesday at 7pm!

Expect poses that are held for an extended period to allow the body to slowly open and stretch, and the use of bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body. Deep Stretch Yin is a great class to help with muscle recovery, flexibility, tension release, anxiety, and mental clarity. This is a great class for beginners and those seeking deep relaxation, faster muscle recovery, and increased flexibility.
