I had second helpings.😳

Even if I had something healthy, I often ate more than I needed to.

But even if I didn’t have it in the house, I would go find it.💥

It’s very hard to admit sometimes that you need to do the deeper work. and I get it. 👉It took me into my 40s to really start looking at the truth.

Out of control at night with a sugar, but you are so high functioning and getting everything done during the day.🍫🍫

At night, you are all in the sugar 🍪

If you can’t stop at just one 🍫🍪🍩 or you just keep going through the food and feel out of control.

As women over 40 going through menopause and hormonal changes, we have only used diets to course correct our bodies.

You’re a busy woman! 😳You are on the go and taking care of everyone else all the time.

These 3️⃣ things helped me stop getting into the sugar at night. 🍫🍫

As a busy woman just like you, I was using food to cope in the evening. Sugar and carbs made me come down from the day and relax, but it also affected my body, especially in perimenopause.

I was over eating, and the weight gain was from hormones, but it was also from the food that I was eating to numb out and escape at night.

I got my hormones, checked to find out where I stood so I could start hormone therapy.

I nourished my body on purpose four times a day with protein and fiber, and I learned to manage my stress better.
