📣 RFP: Driveway Culvert Pipe Installation – Flagler Estates
SMT Personal Concierges is seeking qualified contractors for a culvert pipe installation project in Flagler Estates, Florida.

🔹 Scope of Work:

Install 48” x 30’ driveway culvert pipe

Placement of 5 pallets of riprap bags

Delivery and grading of 4 loads of fill dirt

Contractor must obtain all required permits from the Flagler Estates Road and Water Control District

🔹 Project Start Date: Flexible – Project anticipated to begin within 2 weeks of contract award
🔹 Timeline: Must be completed within 15 business days from project start date
🔹 Budget: Please submit your final rate (including labor, materials, equipment, and permit handling)

🔹 Proposal Requirements:
✅ Proof of license and insurance
✅ Submit 3 client references with similar scope
✅ Breakdown of timeline and project milestones
✅ Statement confirming ability to obtain necessary permits
