                                            Let us know if you try this cozy Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie recipe! Packed with protein, fiber, and fall flavors, it’s a nourishing treat that’s as delicious as it is healthy.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a pinch of nutmeg & ginger)
- ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional)
- A few ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.
- Pour and enjoy!
