Fueling my body with real food that supports how I move, feel, and function.

Stopped by The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill for a quick bite between patients, and it hit all the marks — fresh, flavorful, and packed with protein. This grilled chicken gyro was the perfect balance of clean ingredients and satisfying flavor.

Wellness isn’t just about what happens on the table — it’s the daily choices we make that support our nervous system, energy, and recovery. Nourish well, move intentionally, and keep showing up for yourself.

Saw Jurassic World in 4DX and I’m pretty sure my spine went on its own wild ride. 🦖😅
The seats were shaking, the wind was blowing, and I’m not convinced I didn’t leave with whiplash, but it was such a great time with friends. Worth every jolt and laugh!

Fun reminder: even “fun stress” can tax your nervous system. If your weekend adventures left your body feeling off, don’t wait to reset. Your nervous system deserves some love too.

We spent the holiday soaking up the sunshine, chasing waves, and living in the moment — Shadow’s version of self-care!

Sometimes wellness is about movement, fresh air, and a good splash in the ocean (bonus points for the zoomies).
