Beach yoga is coming to Vilano this summer!
Think: yoga, meditation, and playful practices with the ocean in the background. Classes will be donation-based. Nothing fancy. Just presence, movement, and community.

Hi friends,

We had to take a break from beach yoga and are thinking of starting up again. Would love to know who is interested. Thinking of starting up again every first Sunday of the month for now with a $10 minimum donation. Please let us know if you are interested
