Designed to promote mental well-being through creative expression, participants engage in various crafting activities such as knitting, crocheting, and journaling, which serve as therapeutic outlets for stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.

EmpoweHer provides a safe space to discuss life concerns, connections, support and relationships. Activities may include animal interactions, art sessions, and guest speakers.

I started Lotus Behavioral Wellness in 2021 when a lot of people were still uncomfortable with in-person appointments (myself included). I love that Telehealth empowers me to offer therapy sessions to clients who have busy schedules, would have a long commute to session or are even in other state.

In-person visits for mental health services dropped by 39.5%, while telehealth visits surged by 1019.3% over the prior year.

(DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a great way to learn skills to manage relationships, emotions & difficult situations better. I use DBT skills in my personal life regularly to bring more awareness and peace into my day. Beginning in September, Lotus Behavioral Wellness will be offering a weekly virtual DBT group. Blue Cross, Cigna, United Healthcare and Magellan accepted.
