Life keeps “turning the crystal” of this ledge for me (sensate and Soul, duality and polarity, historical dimension and ultimate) so my body-mind can hear and absorb it in as many ways possible. For years. A decade, at least.
So humbling to experience so many inner parts still needing aide and care and freedom.
So humbling to see the time and space and care and skill it truly takes (me) to continue to choose Free. The fallbacks. The landslides. The breakdowns-the breakthroughs. The terror. The insanity. The calm and restoration. The whole gamut of Life lives within!
Gives me so much compassion for the human journey. Our journeys are all so unique and varied, but also, so much the same. 💜
This is a practice, not a victory, with many spirals to attune to. And so I go. Practicing HERE.

Thich Naht Hanh language soothes the human parts (waves). Matches Kabalah and other Buddhist things I’ve taken in. Cohesion is lovely.
Peace is in the Now.

And the knowings keep coming. Oscillation out of them, will, too.
I don’t see much talk about the deeper truths-that belong to Us All. Sometimes, it comes through me to speak what I’ve known. Often, it’s not very convenient. Haha

Different bodies, minds, desires, aversions, nervous systems & brains, different cycles, timelines, karmas, and fates.
Same Mankind, similar lifespan, we’ve all got the vehicle of ego, and Soul, & same evolutionary aim.
May we hold ALL OF THAT.
And blessings on our way.

Today is GROUPWORK # 21! Wow nearly 2 years of 3-6 women consistently coming together to Be with and Learn from Spirit. So honored. 💗
We’ve found a flow with meditation, education, contemplation, astrological insights/learning from an evolutionary space, and a bit of joy thanks to beauty, pup, tea and spiritual Peership. “When two or more gather”….
may we each find our right spaces of spiritual attunement, so we may Be ‘Better’ for the collective Unfoldment. When we come together, what are we creating?
