Here’s what we can assess when HRT isn’t translating into real relief:

Nutrient status: Minerals like Vit D, zinc and magnesium help your cells respond to hormones.
If you’re low, your body may not get the signal, no matter how much you’re taking.

Gut health: Poor absorption may mean you’re not getting the building blocks needed to use or metabolize hormones properly.

Liver function (methylation): Your liver helps activate and clear hormones.
If this process is backed up, hormones can either build up or fizzle out too soon.

Because once that hormone is in your bloodstream, the real work begins at the cellular level.
