Joey, our Activity Director, and Jocelyn, one of our Activity Assistants, took residents to Capitol Theatre Music Hall in Wheeling, WV to see He’s Alive. A big thank you to Capitol Music Hall for their thoughtful assistance and for helping make the outing so welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Our residents had such a fun time on their outing to Cabela's with Joey, our Activities Director. 🐠🐘 It was a nice chance to get out, enjoy the day, and spend time together. Outings like this always make for special memories.

What a fun and meaningful St. Patrick’s Day celebration this turned out to be. 💚☘️

Forest Hill and Beacon House Senior Living recently welcomed more than 100 attendees for a St. Patrick’s Day Bingo event that brought together local senior centers and residents from both locations for an afternoon full of connection, laughter, and community spirit.

We were so happy to have senior centers from St. Clairsville, Barnesville, Centerville, Bethesda, and Bellaire join us for the celebration. It was truly a special day made possible by so many people coming together. Our department heads helped make the event a success from start to finish, and our kitchen staff prepared an amazing meal featuring pierogi, sausage, and onions that everyone enjoyed.

A special thank you to Dominic DeFelice for bringing green carnations for every attendee, which added such a thoughtful touch to the day.

We’re also incredibly grateful to the businesses and organizations that donated door prize baskets and helped make the event even more memorable: SouthernCare, Amedisys, Stonerise Hospice, Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, St. Clairsville, Visiting Angels, and Valley Hospice.

Days like this are such a great reminder of how meaningful it is to gather, celebrate, and create moments of joy together. 💚

Beacon House residents were all in high spirits as we celebrated Mardi Gras together. The ladies had so much fun crafting their own masks to wear to the party, adding a personal touch to the festivities. Our Activities RA, Lauren, fully embraced the occasion in her perfectly themed tie-dye outfit, bringing even more energy to the celebration.

Of course, no Mardi Gras celebration would be complete without great food. Residents enjoyed plenty of Fat Tuesday favorites, including pizza, corn dogs, nachos, and sweet treats. It was a wonderful day filled with creativity, laughter, and time spent together.

Two of our residents came together to purchase a cake for our staff as a heartfelt thank you for everything they do each day. Such a thoughtful gesture that truly meant so much to the team. 💗

We had a Valentine’s Day party sponsored by Stonerise Hospice, and it was such a special celebration. Residents from Beacon House and Forest Hill enjoyed sweet treats, root beer floats, karaoke, sing-alongs, dancing, and music from decades past. The afternoon wrapped up with the crowning of our King and Queen, a perfect ending to a joyful day together. ❤️

Santa stopped by to spread some holiday cheer, and every resident received a Christmas gift thanks to our Adopt a Resident program. So thankful for everyone who helped make this such a special day for our community. 🎅🎁

Holiday spirit was in full swing at Forest Hills and Beacon House Senior Living! 🦌🎄 Staff from both buildings joined in for reindeer hunting with our administrator, Carri, followed by a Christmas party filled with laughter and connection. Ending Spirit Week with Christmas sweater day made it even more fun to celebrate together as one team.

Day 4 of Spirit Week was all about dressing head to toe in holiday spirit 🎄 Seeing everyone come together in their festive best brought so much energy and cheer to the day.

Day three of Spirit Week was full of festive fun! From elf outfits to a Santa sighting (thanks to Carri!), the energy was high all day. We even rolled out a breakfast cart for staff to keep the holiday spirit going strong. 🎅🎄
