Ultrasound, also called sonography, is a non-invasive exam that uses a transducer to emit sound waves that produce images of the inside of the body. Ultrasound is frequently used to image the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, thyroid, sc***um and ovaries.
Ultrasound exams are also effective in assessing soft tissue injuries, such as tendon tears, muscle strains, sprains or ligament damage. Learn More: https://loom.ly/ewn0kWY
