We were clients first as our son required home health care. We expected more service than the home care agencies in the Central Minnesota area were willing to provide. We founded Arise Home Health Care when we saw his needs and the needs of many other families in the area were not being met. This experience has created high levels of empathy for our clients, making Arise drastically different than other home care agencies.
