I feel blessed everyday that I am able to wear this uniform and have an impact on soldiers and airmen. I spent the last two weeks with service members teaching them about emotional Intelligence, mindfulness, breath work, yoga, and so much more. I will be back in the studio after our living awake retreat. See you soon 🙏
