People say, “date around ‘til you find the ick.”
That’s not healthy dating.

Healthy dating is assessment + attachment.
It’s not about avoiding commitment.
It’s about filtering with clarity so you can actually succeed in building something real.

Dating isn’t a trial-and-error game.
It’s intentional, connected, and successful when you know what to look for.

-5 Signs You Might Have a Fearful-Avoidant Attachment-

The good news? Once you understand your patterns, you can finally start breaking free and building the safe, secure relationships you deserve.

Remember: you’re not “too much” or “not enough.” You’re human—and your wiring makes sense.

Drop a “ME” in the comments if this resonates. You’re not alone.

Ever notice how someone instantly feels more attractive once you find out they’re already taken? 👀

It’s not that you’re broken or “choosing wrong.”
It’s that your heart got used to chasing love that was just out of reach.
So when someone’s unavailable, your brain confuses it with safety.

But real safety isn’t distance.
It’s being with someone who can actually choose you, fully and freely.

Love doesn’t have to be earned.
And availability? That’s the real sexy.

Save this for the next time you’re tempted by someone who can’t give you what you need.

A lot of people ask me: “If my partner has avoidant attachment… should I just walk away?”

Here’s the truth: Avoidant attachment can make closeness feel hard, but it doesn’t automatically mean the relationship is doomed. What matters more is whether both people are willing to do the work of growth.

Avoidant partners can love deeply — they just tend to protect themselves by pulling away when things feel too vulnerable. If there’s openness to understanding this pattern, there’s room for healing and connection.

So the real question isn’t: “Do they have avoidant attachment?”
It’s: “Are they willing to grow with me?”

If you’ve ever felt “too much” or “not enough” in relationships, chances are your own attachment patterns are at play, too. Understanding yours is the first step toward building safer, stronger love.

If you’re wired to see what could be better… this one’s for you.

Some people can walk into a room, sit down, and not notice a thing.
If you’re an E (The Perfecter), that’s impossible.
Your brain is always scanning: What’s off? What could be improved? How do I make this right?

It’s not that you’re picky.
It’s that your wiring is built for excellence and exactness.

The strength? You bring order, clarity, and precision the rest of us miss.
The struggle? You hold yourself to impossible standards… and rarely give yourself credit for what’s already good.

Here’s the truth most Es don’t realize:
Perfection isn’t what makes you valuable.
Your perspective is.
