It’s coming this November!! Fruit Cove Recreation Club‘s first CrossFit competition with a sprinkle of Hyrox! Grab a partner and get signed up! 3 dividions. Rx, intermediate, and masters (40+). One workout will be programmed by our very own Dallin Pepper, one workout will have a Hyroxs spin, one mystery workout and one floater workout. Standards listed below.
