It’s hard to let go of some things I have. I know that letting go frees up physical and mental space. I thought of a tip to actively use an item you want to get rid of, if you can’t determine why you want to hold on to it.
Make an objective plan based on the energy you’re having.
If it gives you joy…keep it.
If it makes something more efficient for you…keep it.
If it gives uncertainty or frustration…let it go!
If your 1st reaction is obligation (should keep but don’t personally care)…let it go!
Tonight I released 2 of my MANY workout videos from the early 2000s! 😮💨😮💨😮💨
One because I know safer movements to achieve the results, and the other because I can stream it (not even a video I’d think to select). 🤷🏾♀️✌🏾
