This right here 💦🍓🍋😎....staying hydrated and making sure you get enough water is SO important!! I recently went keto & started sauna sessions, and i knew I really needed to up my water intake drastically! If you struggle to drink enough water try adding fruit/veggies/herbs AND citrus oils to your water! It's a game changer 😉 I've been experimenting and loving them all...between adding cucumbers, lemon, raspberries, watermelon, strawberries and then grapefruit oil, lemon oil, lime oil, wild orange oil...the combinations are endless!!! For today I did several slices of lemon/strawberries and 2 drops of grapefruit oil to my large stainless steel cup....delish!😋❤- side note: grapefruit oil helps curb those cravings!!👊👍 🔥
