Add herbal mixture to a pot adding 6-8 cups of spring water. Simmer on low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from heat and cool. Bottle in an airtight jar.

Vaginal steaming is an age-old natural remedy used to cleanse the va**na and uterus, regulate menstruation, and ease period cramps and bloating.

1. Add about a cup of our Yoni steam herbs to a basin of hot water.
2. Let the herbs steep for at least 5 mins.
3. Remove your clothes from the waist down.
4. Sit directly over the basin. Some people prefer to place the basin in the toilet and then sit on the toilet.
5. Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping.

The average steam session lasts between 20 and 60 minutes. Depending on how hot the water and how fast the steam cools.
