If you’re setting goals for this year, try using SMART goals:
💗 Specific – Be clear about what you want
💗 Measurable – Track progress, not perfection
💗 Achievable – Start where you are
💗 Relevant – Align goals with your lifestyle and values
💗 Time-bound – Give yourself a realistic timeline

Instead of “be healthier,” try: move my body 3x a week, add more whole foods to meals, or prioritize rest and stress management.

Small, consistent steps add up to big changes. This year, focus on progress — not pressure. 💕

Homemade comfort food just hits different.

Not just because it tastes better — but because your body knows the difference.
