NBH (245G) is the Direct Access leader quickly supporting our clients with opioid and stimulant use disorder.

As we close out the official month of gratitude at NBH, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff. We believe we employ top-notch staff that truly have a passion for the individuals we serve. Our staff provide the type of service and support that you would demand for your mother, your brother, your best friend, yourself.

Northstar believes that making connections with our clients will impact them and help guide the steps in their recovery journey. We believe everyone deserves a chance and everyone deserves the life in recovery they desire.

Our Story

Northstar Behavioral Health is DHS Rule 31 licensed program. We currently offer a Women’s residential facility located in Linwood Township MN, and a Men’s residential facility in St. Paul MN. Both specialize in opioid addiction, are 16 beds and are Medically Assisted Treatment friendly.

Our Outpatient Men’s facility is also open in St. Paul MN and is a 9 month program. This begins at 30 hours per week and steps down to 20 hours per week after the first month. Clients will continue to step down every 12 weeks following until graduation.
