We want to help protect you from scammers who may pretend to be from ActivStyle.
These scammers may call, text, or email you asking for your personal information, like your Social Security number or credit card information. They may even say you need to pay for your medical supplies.
Please remember:
- Be cautious of unsolicited requests or demands for immediate payment: If you receive a phone call, email, or text message requesting payment for a bill, don't assume it's legitimate.
- Most of our customers pay little to nothing for their supplies—costs are usually covered by insurance.

If you receive a spam or concerning call, please report the incident at compliance@activstyle.com or call us at 855-284-6757 and include any information you have regarding the incident, such as phone number, alleged company, and how they tried to gain access to your information.
