The Estates at Lynnhurst Monarch's mission is to change the way short-term rehabilitation and long-term healthcare is delivered!

The Estates at Lynnhurst provides a unique experience for patients who may not succeed at a traditional skilled nursing facility. With 24 hour onsite nursing care, staff are proud to provide everything you need for a short term rehabilitation or long term stay while understanding the unique needs of residents suffering from chronic mental health issues. Providing both a secured and unsecured setting, staff will help assess you or your loved one for the best situation to provide a rare care experience. Unprecedented in the skilled nursing world, Staff are extensively trained to not only meet the medical but also social and mental health needs of their patients.
