Time for spring cleansing! This week’s Kundalini Yoga practice is all about cleansing the liver & releasing anger 🔥

The liver is the organ that stores anger, and when it becomes clogged up with stuck or unresolved energy, it can slow our body’s ability to process toxins out properly
