3 days, 46 sessions lasting 15-30 minutes each, 5 minute breaks in between (except for lunch break), and I feel great… How??
By coming from my center and using my whole body. I don’t grip, I don’t grasp, I do not sacrifice my body like I used to… How??
When you come from your center, and move from your center, you take stress out of the body. You take stress out of your joints. If you can do that as a therapist, imagine what that can do for your clients.
I’m tired for sure. That’s a lot of work. But I’m also energized and feel great in my body. Now to go take a nap. 😴 🙏🏽
