Connection is key.

is the prerequisite for learning. For our children, the relationship they have with their teacher or therapist is the very foundation upon which every academic skill is built. When a child feels , , and liked by the adult in front of them, their nervous system relaxes, and their brain opens up to new information. 🧠✨

In special education, we often focus so much on the goals and the data that we forget the " " element. A child who feels or will often as a form of self-protection. But when that bond is strong? That’s where the magic happens. 🪄

We are doing our best to offer more flexibility in YOUR schedule so that your kids can enjoy our gym sessions.
So, for the final two Wednesdays for the Month of January, we are going to be offering a MORNING session AND an AFTERNOON session!
⏰ 9:30-10:30 AM and 3:00-4:00PM at the Dunedin Community Recreation Center (Music Room)

Our Open Sensory sessions are created to offer a safe and flexible space for kids with Autism, Down Syndrome, and other special needs. We have 4 walls, low lighting, low background noise and 100% inclusion to a ALL kids. No matter their abilities.
