What’s up everyone! Sorry for the hiatus but the Holidays were crazy! One thing we did get to do this winter was check out Osteria Tampa off franklin street. It was amazing 🤤.. awesome drinks, delicious food and some 💣 cinnamon buns. Have you guys got to check it out yet? If so what was your favorite item, comment below! @ Osteria Tampa

We are constantly focused on developing our bodies and minds as we push our limits in every class. There is always one more stroke, an extra meter, or more resistance.
