Every year you try something “new” to lose fat… and somehow it keeps getting harder.

Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you “lack discipline.”

But because years of extremes teach your body one thing:

Double workouts.

We have OFFICIALLY hit the VOID.

The day after Christmas.
That warped space between then and New Year’s where time feels… weird.
The days feel long and short.
You don’t know what day it is.
