The tiger transformation emphasizes connection with nature and the natural elements such as sunlight, grounding, temperature exposure etc
Exposure to these elements can have such a profound impact on our overall health, yet most people are seriously lacking in these areas and are not aware of it. Therefore, they don't consider changing it.
In this system, we try to improve these areas of our lives by creating self awareness with a daily actions / lifestyle check list that exploits how much you're engaging with these important actions.
Some examples:
Weekly cold exposure 2-3x
Weekly hot exposure 2-3x
Daily direct sunlight minimum 1/2 hour
Weekly grounding minimum 1/2 hour
Etc.
We aren't strict on what this has to look like and we try to be practical by broadening the perspective on what would count for each category and what is convenient. Just set the intention, create the habit, and get it done. Like anything, if you bring awareness to it, and practice it, it will get better.
We all need to consider getting out of our comfort zone, and exposing ourselves to the natural elements as part of our health practice. I can't imagine a more simple and effective approach to creating these habits than this.
