The reasons are endless, so here’s 5 simple reasons to consider making the sprint a priority.

1) It is the single most beneficial exercise in the world. Nothing compares, you get the most of this movement. It literally makes everything about you better.
2) It is an assessment. If you can access your max sprint, and feel good before, during and after it, your physiology is functioning well! If not, you most are most likely compensating and dysfunctional, which can be strengthened in the gym. 3) Sprinting exploits how well you feel and function, change the body in the necessary ways to get it right, and your future self will thank you.
4) People don’t necessarily lose these abilities because they get old, they lose them because they stop doing them.
It’s as intense as it gets! Conquering the sprint provides you with ability to achieve many other movements, providing you with immense capabilities by only training the top one. “If you can do this, you’ll be able to do all this too”
5) It’s very accessible, doesn’t require equipment, or take that much time.

What are people saying about !?!?

I've wanted to play that set, in that setting, for so long....and it was so satisfying. One of my all time favorite DJing experiences. Hope yall enjoyed it as much as I did!

I also got to market the business and set up a table to give free demo's. (If you didn't get a chance to try it be sure you get on the list early at the next one because spaces are limited). Also, I spoke with a lot of people, anyone that was interested in the system, feel free to reach out!

First steps:

1. Talk to the client, find out the goal, explain the process, and make them feel comfortable.

2. Put some lighter music on that they resonate with. Get the good energy flowing. Tiger stretching is relaxing but it's also similar to strength training, so a wide variety of music will be suitable.

3. Ask them to take a couple deep breathes and analyze how they do it.

4. Do some table testing and measuring and analyze their firing patterns, weak areas, and limitations.

5. Dive into the process - Step 1: calm the mind and connect the body. Teach them how to breathe more effectively and guide them into a parasympathetic state.
