Hi I’m Ria 💃🏻the heart and soul behind Bodhi Womban Yoga.

The name itself carries the heartbeat of my mission:

Bodhi~ a Sanskrit word for awakened or enlightened.

Womb~ the sacred center of a woman’s being, the root of her creative power and inner knowing.

🥀 Together, Bodhi Womban means enlightened womb & woman. ( and yes, the b is silent in ‘Womban’ lol)

Through each yoga session, I guide women to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the deep wisdom of their bodies. We work WITH your natural rhythms so you can learn to listen, trust, and honor your body’s unique flow.

Today, I’m leading special yoga events throughout the community revolved around women’s wellness and remembering the sacred divinity we all hold. I also offer customized private yoga sessions, I have a video library stacked with guided meditations and express yoga flows, and I teach in a couple local yoga studios.

I hope to be divinely guided to even more women, connecting in sisterhood and returning home to ourselves 🧘🏽‍♀️🤍🫶🏼
