Here are some chronic pain myths I’ve noticed I talk to a lot of people about. Commonly and unfortunately, these myths stem from getting lazy advice by previous providers who didn’t have a real answer for why their pain was happening. Saying stretch it out or take it easy is a safe answer that makes sense conceptually, but it totally doesn’t work for active people digging for the truth and have a desire to see actual results.
