I trained thru Klose_training for the manual lymphatic drainage. They have videos available for self lymphatic movement. **Please ask your doctor first if you are safe to receive the movement. This is the link : https://klosetraining.com/resources/self-care-videos/ **Please do not receive if you have Congestive Heart Failure or stage 4 Kidney disease, wait 24-48 hours post chemo/radiation. Do not use MLD if you have an acute deep vein blood clot or if you are not managing a history closely with your doctors on DVTs. Avoid if having a red warm rash. Acute brain injuries need to wait. CS Fluid pressure conditions may need to wait.
