Got 40 classes down with Bold! In 7 weeks I have improved my balance, daily rouince, and strength. The live classes are fun, and I can choose exactly how and when I work out. I am so thankful my insurance is covering this for me. You may be eligible too! Maybe we will be in the same live classes soon!

5 years ago… I was afraid I would not be able to be a Mother anymore… I would hear my Mother cry and pray for answers. I was so blessed that she was here when we got the answer. The last 5 years I have come a long way… even saying goodbye to mom….in that I have gained knowledge,personal growth, growth in my faith, a strong community, and I am ALWAYS learning…
