I went through a pretty serious half-year of depression in 2024. It took a lot of strength to get out of it. I only got out of it through working out and doing this specific 20-Day diet. I didn’t want to take medication.

Seeing the signs of depression pop up this past week… I decided to nip it in the bud before it could get to me as much as it did in the past.

This diet was created by a Bulgarian doctor. I’m not giving any medical advice in my posts but I can tell you that there are very obvious benefits to the process.

We’ve talked about this diet before, if you have been to our sales, so I’m excited but nervous to post the actual process day by day. If you’re curious, follow along.

Maybe give me a fruit to try that I might not have tried before 🥭

This is going to be a vulnerable month with new forms of content. I’m hoping to feel excited about like, anything tbh.
