I’ve seen what falls can take from people.
And I’ve also seen what the right training can give back.
Through my work with OHSU and Northwest Senior & Disability Services, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults well into their 80s and 90s—people who were told decline was “just part of aging.”
What I’ve witnessed is nothing short of extraordinary.
Men and women in their late 80s… even 90s…
✔️ Walking with confidence again
✔️ Moving without fear
✔️ Regaining independence
✔️ Reclaiming their quality of life
The stories they share stay with me—stories of decades spent afraid of falling, limiting themselves, shrinking their world… only to realize they were capable of so much more.
This is why this work matters so deeply to me.
I’ve been working with this population since 2010, starting during my time at Cenegenics, and later through my collaboration with Dr. Jeffrey Life, where I helped craft chapters in his New York Times bestselling books, The Life Plan and Mastering The Life Plan.
The message has always been the same:
👉 Aging does not mean giving up strength, balance, or dignity.
A serious fall costs an average of $27,000—but the real cost is the loss of confidence, independence, and freedom.
That’s why I created the Balance & Gait Mastery Program, launching January 9th.
This is a 16-week virtual program that combines:
• Evidence-based education
• At-home balance & gait training
• Live teaching modules
• Group coaching & community
• Optional 1-on-1 coaching for personalized support
The cost is $600—a fraction of the cost of a fall, and an investment that could quite literally change, or save, a life.
If you or someone you love has noticed changes in balance, walking, or confidence—please don’t wait.

A parent. A spouse. A friend. A neighbor.
This information belongs in the hands of people who need it.
I’ve seen what’s possible—even in the late 90s.
It’s never too late to move better, live better, and live without fear.
