Completed cleanse yesterday. Canned pickles and plain diced tomatoes for the winter. Lost 9 pounds total.

Take aways...Less bread. Little to no wine. More greens. Cauliflower rice makes great porridge like oatmeal and over all for rice dishes. Now if it can work for sushi that is the trick!

Now for the next step of the Prove it challenge!

Day 4/5: yesterday was a busy one with tons of work so food choices were simple. Today is the start of day 5. I need to make kale chips! Tonight will be zoodles and homemade veggie sauce. Feeling good though a bit off.

Day three. I continued with berries in the morning. Lunch was a salad. Dinner was a romaine burrito with leftover fried cauliflower rice. No bloating. No fog brain. Still a tad tired but I did with 10 hours and had 7 zoom calls for work. Here is to tomorrow!

Day 2 on cleanse. Doing okay food wise. I actually don’t mind not eating meat. What I really miss is cheese! I love cottage cheese with fruit every morning and a couple pieces of cheddar during the day. Alas this too shall wane and pass.

Here we go! Day 1!

So far a mix of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and peaches for breakfast.

Lunch was a carrot, zucchini, boy chow cole slaw made with chive vinegar.

For dinner it will be Fried Cauliflower Rice with broccoli, carrots, asparagus and swiss chard.
