Not only is today International Women’s Day, it also marks the first anniversary of Wellness by the Sea.
A healing journey after my second cancer diagnosis when I embraced an integrated approach led me to discover colonics and I completely fell in love with them. What began as something that helped me feel better in my own body became a calling—to create a unique space where others could come to detox, restore, and reset.
In just one year, Wellness by the Sea has grown into the only wellness center on the North Shore offering Colon Hydrotherapy. We’ve already started expanding our services with complementary detox modalities, and there are even more holistic wellness offerings coming later in 2026. This journey has truly been fueled by purpose, passion, and an incredible community.
And today, on this special day, I’m excited to launch something that’s very close to my heart: Guided Meditation for Cancer Survivors.
This meditation comes from lived experience—knowing what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself after a serious health diagnosis and slowly find your way back again. It’s about reconnection, strength, acceptance, and allowing yourself to grow into who you’re becoming. Learn more on my website.
I’m in awe of the dreams, resilience, compassion, and creativity that women bring into the world every single day. Today is a reminder to celebrate that—and to honor the courage it takes to turn life’s challenges into something that can help others heal.
To everyone who has supported Wellness by the Sea this past year, thank you. Your trust and encouragement mean more than I can say.
Happy International Women’s Day. 🌊💛
