For me, it's been about understanding my mind without always relying on pharmaceuticals. I had bouts of anxiety and depression, and I knew I had to find my own way to manage it.
Studying what works for me – staying aware, staying on the straight and narrow, and learning as I go – that’s been key. It's not perfect, but it’s mine.
