I am a children's book author and publisher of Karma Cats to the Rescue and Karma Cats to the Farm. I worked in the wellness field for 30 years as an exercise phyisologist, yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. I have been vegan since 2002 and have a vegan cooking channel on Youtube. I am a passionate animal advocate for all beings!

I'm excited for my new book launch, Karma Cats Puppy Quest, one month from today, Nov. 6th! It features my friend's rescue pitbull Jersey and my former cat Suki. This exciting adventure champions the importance of microchipping and helping lost pets. My book launch party will be Sat. Nov.8th in Encinitas from 10:30 a.m- Noon.
