He has worked with Coach Mike Burgener as an Instructor with CrossFit’s Olympic Lifting Certifications and is also a USA Weightlifting Club Coach. He has been using Kettlebells since 2003 and was Russian Kettlebell Certified in 2005, long before all the cool kids were using them.
