We have new faces at the clinic!!!!!!!

Please help us welcome Carrie Burnette & Katie Burks, they both joined Medbeauty Aesthetics in January! They come to us with many years of experience!They are both licensed medical aestheticians that provide a wide variety of different services from waxing, tinting, facials, massage, microneedling, to eye lash extensions!

Their promotion for the month of January is $99 hydrofacials! This includes a dermaplaning of the face along with deep cleanse, exfoliation, and extreme hydration by our hydrofacial machine!

We also have Tara Santiago joining us as our lead Hair Artist! She will be joining us beginning of February! Tara specializes in custom colors, hair cuts, and extensions. Her books fill well in advance, she will be accepting only a hand full of new clients.

BLUE HEART GALA! Tentative date 12/2/23!

We will be hosting an evening of good food, drinks, entertainment, and a silent auction to raise awareness and prevention for human trafficking. It will be a black tie event, so also a great reason to put on a party dress:)

Meet and greet our Owner & one of our course Educators!

Diana Ku RN- Advanced Injection specialist

Diana started off her career as a cosmetologist which gave her a complete understanding of anatomy and physiology, trichology, esthetics, and the art of consulting. She owned, operated, and taught esthetics to providers for the past decade as she herself furthered her career and became an RN. She has worked in Metro Detroit area majority of her career treating patients as well as training residents and other RN’s.

Diana owns MedbeautyRN in Saline, Michigan where she treats patients with neurotoxin, fillers, laser, and also performs medical grade skin care services as well as permanent make up.

She has extensive training in dermal fillers, neurotoxin, and laser. She has trained with Allergan, Merz, Galderma, and learned the art of facial aesthetics as it applies in cosmetology; as well as in cosmetic surgery.

She is also the face behind Aesthetics Midwest Training. She wrote and produced the course for neurotoxin, filler, and Kybella herself! After attending many aesthetic courses herself, she realized the lack of training courses available for continuing education in the Midwest area. The course is heavy in anatomy and physiology as well as hands on classroom education working with models.

Her greatest hope for all of Aesthetic Midwest’s students is that they come away with a great understand of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to injecting, but also that they will practice safely and feel confident in treating their community and patients.

She designed the course to help students learn everything thy need to know from history of aesthetic products, to injection technique, the art of performing a thorough consultation, and protocols for treating adverse reactions and events.

“It is an extremely informational packed, educational, and anatomy physiology based 8 hour course. Students will have the opportunity to treat live models as well as other students. We keep the ratio of educators to students small so that each student has one on one contact with the educator to learn and ask questions to the best of their abilities. I can teach students everything that they need to know about being a phenomenal injector and about starting their own business, it’s really an honor to be able to share with others what I have learned about the world of aesthetics.
Getting certified in aesthetics has not only allowed me to spend more time with my family and to work less, but it as also helped me fulfill my life long dream of owning my own business. Never in a million years did I expect to grow as rapidly as I did, or this adventure to be as fun as it has been! I am blessed beyond belief and am so grateful that I took the leap for not only myself, but for my family. It is an investment, but a very small investment in comparison to the magnitude of a blessing that is coming your way once you start practicing! I can’t tell others enough how proud and excited I am to share this course with others!”

Diana also offers 1on1 continuing educational opportunities at her practice for anyone looking to learn additional aesthetic technique and advanced injecting.
