The purpose of the STTI Lambda Eta Evidence-Based Practice and Quality Improvement Conference is to highlight initiatives that will introduce staff, students, and administrators to actual projects. Participants will be able to visualize the process, challenges, and rewards that nursing initiatives encompass for quality patient care and professional development and satisfaction.
