RESTORE is back! This small-group program is designed specifically for postpartum women (whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years past delivery).

We’ll guide you through safe, effective, and progressive workouts that rebuild your core, restore strength, and help you move with energy in everyday life. What you get:

💪🏼6 weeks of Foundational Strength Training – Core, pelvic floor, and functional strength work designed for postpartum bodies.
👏🏼Guided Progression – Each week builds on the last, so you feel stronger, steadier, and more capable.
🤩Expert Coaching – Led by mom and certified pre/postpartum trainer Kristen Bonito, who understands the unique needs of postpartum recovery.
🍓Nutrition Support - Nutrition guidance with two virtual workshops, led by , a virtual nutrition counseling service for women (held January 6th and 13th at 7:00pm)

We’re running a Kids Toy + Clothing Swap!

    •    Join us on Dec 4th to “shop” - Take what you need — no limit, no cost!
    •    Leftover items will be donated to a local charity.

We’re excited to welcome Donna Gorman of The Inspirational Educator to the studio on December 10th.

In this workshop, discover how to foster calm and connection in your home. Donna will share practical insights on supporting children’s emotional regulation and behavior through intentional strategies and conscious discipline. Then, Kerri LeBlanc of will guide us through a 30-minute restorative yoga and mindfulness practice to help you recharge and experience the benefits of calm firsthand.
