Each year, we serve over 2,000 people by providing free medical equipment loans to individuals and families throughout our rural communities 👏

From Salmon to Challis to Gibbonsville and everywhere in between, we help deliver and pick up essential equipment like hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, bedside commodes, and more — all completely free of charge 🙌

Our mission is simple: to make sure that everyone has access to the support and equipment they need. 💫🩷

Because of generous donations and community support, we are able to continue helping local families every single day 💛

At Hospice of Salmon Valley, every donation makes a direct impact right here in our community 🏠

We are fully funded by donations, which means every wheelchair, hospital bed, shower chair, walker, and piece of medical equipment we loan out is purchased because of the generosity of people like YOU 🙌

✨ Your support helps provide things like:
🛁 A shower chair for safer bathing
🛏️ A hospital bed for comfort and care at home
⛽ A tank of gas to help us pick up and deliver equipment
♿ Walkers, wheelchairs, bedside commodes, and so much more

These are more than just items—they provide comfort, dignity, independence, and peace of mind for local families 💛

Because every dollar given stays close to home and helps support the people in our own community ❤️

Idaho Gives gives us the opportunity to raise both awareness and funding for the services we provide—whether that’s compassionate hospice support, free medical equipment loans, or helping families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

As a rural nonprofit, community support means everything. Participating in Idaho Gives helps us connect with more people, share our mission, and continue providing essential care and equipment to those who need it most.

It’s more than fundraising—it’s about neighbors helping neighbors and making sure no one in our community feels alone 💛
