One thing I love about yoga is that I feel better. I am stronger mentally and physically.

Life is better. I handle the ups and downs with more grace. I am more eager to help and serve because I feel there is more of me to give.

While I don’t know that the world around me itself is better, I see things more optimistically. When we get better and notice our progress, the world around us really does get better too. ❤️
